Accessibility
Everyone should be able
to order a chicken finger.
We want this website and our restaurants to work for everybody. If something here gets in your way, tell us — we will fix it, and we will help you get what you needed in the meantime.
What we have done
This site is built to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA. That covers the AODA’s requirement of WCAG 2.0 Level AA, and the benchmark generally applied in the United States.
- Text and background colours tested for contrast on every page
- Every page works by keyboard alone, with a visible focus outline and a skip-to-content link
- Headings, landmarks and form labels structured for screen readers
- Pages reflow without sideways scrolling down to a 320 pixel screen
- Every image carries a text description
- Motion is switched off if your device asks for reduced motion

Where we fall short
Automated testing finds no failures, but it cannot catch everything — it is no substitute for someone actually using the site. We would rather name the gaps than claim to have none.
- Nutrition figures — calories and the rest — are still being prepared. The allergen and dietary guide is published; the nutrition numbers are not yet. Ask us and we will answer for any item.
- The news page embeds a broadcast clip hosted on YouTube. Captions on it are controlled by the broadcaster, not by us.
Tell us about a barrier
If something
doesn’t work.
Tell us what happened and what you were trying to do. You do not need to know why it went wrong — that is our job.
By email
By phone or in person
Call or visit any of our restaurants — numbers and addresses are on the locations page.
We aim to reply within five business days, in whatever format suits you.
Other formats
Ask and we will provide our menu, allergen information, accessibility policies or anything else on this site in another format — large print, plain text, or read aloud over the phone — at no extra cost. Email info@honestlygood.ca.
Our policies and plan
Our accessibility policies and multi-year accessibility plan are available on request, in an accessible format, by emailing info@honestlygood.ca.
