Chicken fingers are the top-selling product in North America to kids under 18

Why the model works

One thing.
Done honestly good.

We didn't invent the chicken finger. We reinvented it with an obsessive commitment to quality — then built an operation simple enough for an owner to actually run.

Quality you can taste

Chicken from trusted suppliers held to strict standards for quality and freshness. Hand breaded and cooked to order, so every tender reaches the guest hot and crispy. Canadian owned and operated, proudly serving Canadian-sourced products.

Keep it simple

Less is more in operations. A small, well-executed menu means limited inventory, minimal complexity, an efficient labour model and extremely tight cost controls — the things that decide whether a restaurant makes money.

Family focused, kid friendly

Eating out with a family is hard and expensive. We love kids and we love making them happy. It shows in the price point, the menu and the room — and it brings families back on a weeknight, not just a Friday.

The product

Four years
before day one.

We left nothing to chance, ensuring a perfect tender every time. Beside it sits a short bench of house-made dipping sauces and sides that turn one product into a full meal — and a second visit.

The market

A category everybody
already orders.

Chicken fingers don't need explaining to a landlord, a lender or a six-year-old. The demand is established, national and growing — what's been missing is a brand that treats the product seriously.

18–34Young adults and families make up our core guest — quick, convenient, no compromise on quality

Our guests value authenticity, transparency and sustainability. They want to know where their food comes from and how it was made, and they will pay a premium for high-quality ingredients and eco-friendly packaging. That is exactly the brand we built.

Built for operators

You bring the market.
We bring the system.

A franchise is only as good as the support behind it. Ours is built by people who have opened and run hundreds of restaurants across Canada and the U.S.

Site selection & design

Help evaluating trade areas, negotiating the deal, and adapting the design package to the space you've found.

A kitchen built to flow

Our kitchen is designed to maximize order flow and productivity, balancing off-the-shelf equipment with custom-fabricated stations.

Training that sticks

In-restaurant and classroom training for you and your management team, plus the manuals, checklists and standards behind it.

Approved supply chain

Vetted suppliers, standardized recipes and specs, so the tender in your restaurant matches the one in ours.

Marketing that travels

Branded packaging, an omni-channel social program with posts past 100,000 views, influencer partnerships and local-store marketing playbooks.

Ongoing field support

Regular visits, operational reviews and a head-office team you can actually reach — through opening week and long after.

Formats

Fits where the
families already are.

Each restaurant is designed for the right combination of dine-in, pick-up, delivery and take-out. A balanced approach to construction keeps build-outs flexible — we can do what we need to do, where we need to do it.

Regional mall

High-traffic, family-saturated centres with built-in footfall. Proven at Vaughan Mills and Stock Yards Village.

Street front

Neighbourhood locations serving dine-in families by day and a heavy delivery and take-out mix at night.

Urban & food hall

Compact footprints in mixed-use destinations like The Well, where speed of service carries the site.

The team behind it

Operators first.

You are not buying into a start-up's first idea. You are joining a group that has built, scaled and supported some of the most recognized restaurant brands in Canada, alongside partners running one of North America's largest restaurant service providers, a national workforce management platform, and a marketing agency that represents some of the biggest names in Canadian sport.

Who we're looking for

Owners who
sweat the tender.

We are looking for operators who value execution and brand integrity above all else. Prior restaurant experience is an asset, not a requirement — a genuine commitment to quality and to being in your restaurant is.

We are growing selectively and sustainably. We would rather open the right restaurant a quarter late than the wrong one on time, because long-term equity is built one profitable location at a time.

Where we're growing

Canada

Single and multi-unit opportunities in high-traffic, family-saturated markets, starting with Ontario and moving west and east.

United States

Early interest is concentrated in the south — Florida, Texas and Nevada — with a nationwide goal from there.

International

Master franchise opportunities are open for the United States, South America, Asia, the United Kingdom and the Middle East.

Questions

Before you ask.

When can I actually open?

Our franchise program is being finalized through 2026, with the first franchised restaurants targeted to open in the first quarter of 2027. Candidates who start the conversation now are the ones being matched to those first markets.

What does it cost?

Investment ranges, fees and royalty are set out in our franchise disclosure documents, which we share once we've had an introductory call and confirmed the market is one we're opening. Tell us your available capital in the form and we'll tell you quickly whether it's a fit.

Do I need restaurant experience?

No. Prior restaurant experience helps, but we've trained strong operators from other industries. What isn't optional is being hands-on: this is an owner-operator model, not a passive investment.

Can I take a whole territory?

Yes. Multi-unit and area development agreements are available for qualified candidates, and master franchise discussions are open for the United States, South America, Asia, the U.K. and the Middle East.

How big a space do I need?

The menu is small, so the kitchen is efficient. We work across regional mall, street front and urban food-hall formats, and we'll assess the specific space with you before anyone signs a lease.

Where does the chicken come from?

From trusted suppliers who meet our standards for quality and freshness. We are Canadian owned and operated and proudly serve Canadian-sourced products, and franchisees order through our approved supply chain so the product is identical in every restaurant.
